I hereby authorize the CRDM Foundation to use photos taken during the event. I agree to release the CRDM Foundation, entity responsible for the event, the organization committee, volunteers, sponsors, partners and their employees, as well as any other persons taking part in the activity, of any liability regarding loss, damage or injury I may sustain as participant in the activity, and I forfeit any rights in this regard.
Rules of the Marathon of the CRDM Foundation event
The participant agrees to respect all instructions and guidelines relating to the activity. Moreover, the participant agrees to release the CRDM Foundation, entity responsible for the event, the organization committee, volunteers, sponsors, partners and their employees, as well as any other persons taking part in the activity, of any liability regarding loss, damage or injury he or she may sustain as participant in the activity. The participant also agrees to be sure he or she is in good physical condition before taking part in the Marathon of the CRDM Foundation. The Fondation du Centre de réadaptation en dépendance de Montréal may not be held liable in the event of any physical injury incident that may occur during the Marathon.
